Tutor on Call is fully responsible for the quality of the one-on-one tutoring classes and ensures that classes are beneficial and students are achieving academic progress
Payment for sessions is made before the sessions. This amount is non-refundable. If you are not satisfied from the tutor quality of classes, you must inform the Tutor on Call administration by sharing an email to admin
Administration will review the case and may change the tutor for the remaining sessions. No refunds shall be made.
